5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to:

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work products
• Any outstanding balances become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxa Digital from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content or materials you provide to us

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Negotiation

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
